We are ready to deliver a quality service today and we are prepared to respond proactively to future needs.

We are committed to ensuring that young people reffered to us undergo a thorough assessment of their needs, followed by the provision of individually tailored care and support packages. This collaborative effort will involve close cooperation with the referring authority responsible for the young person’s place of residence.

Our primary goal at BFC is to empower all young individuals, especially those displaying challenging behaviour, to reach their full potential intellectually, physically, and socially. We achieve this by actively engaging them in addressing inappropriate behaviours and assisting them in developing new skills. Our ultimate aim is to enable them to assume responsibility, exercise self-control, and make informed decisions about their lives.

Our pldege is as follows:
To prioritise the welfare of the young person in all our endeavours.
In our work with young people, we uphold the following values:
Empathy
Responsibilty
Openness
Equality
The care we provide aligns with the jointly established care plan, which outlines the purpose and objectives of the placement.
