At BFC, we encourage, make sure and support that the young person in our care is in EET, that is he/she should be in at least one of Education, Employment or Training.

Tailored Educational & Employment Opportunities
At B & F CARE, we deligently seek out the best educational, employment, or training opportunities that are customised to meet the specific needs of your young individual, all while following your guidance. We encourage and support them in accessing the EET.
Assessing and Nurturing Independence
Our regular assessments assess the young person’s independence levels and identify areas needing support. Our Key-working sessions are designed to improve their skills in these areas until they attain a secure level of independence.
Fostering Practical Life Skills for Positive Outcomes
We assist placing authorities in achieving positive outcomes for young people by facilitating the acquisition of practical life skills, as outlined in the outcome groups specified within the Every Child Matters framework.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
