BFC offers 24 hour support to individual young people.
B & F CARE is managed and adminitered by Bahram and Farzaneh, a dedicated couple of foster carers with a combined experience of over 36 years in working with young people from diverse backgrounds and facing various challenges. They have been delivering fostering services to individuals under the age of 20 in the London borough of Barnet.
B & F CARE (BFC), is a London based semi independent living provider for young people between the age og 18 to 25. We support placing authorities in achieving good outcomes for young people to enable them to acquire practical living skills.
At BFC we believe that every young person has a special potential that needs to be discovered and thrived. We are passionately committed to improving the life chances of these young people.
We are committed to ensuring that our homes have the right quality of staff, services and facilities in place to meet the needs of the young people placed and to enable us to address our priorities and to work effectively.
The aim of our services is to provide a safe and homely environment that promotes empowerment, independence and choice, whilst enhancing individual’s daily living skills, enabling opportunities to move on to an unsupported setting where possible.
At BFC, we encourage, make sure and support that the young person in our care is in EET, that is he/she should be in at least one of Education, Employment or Training. Or two or all three of them.
