We currently offer modern accomodation facilities in North west London. Our services include shared living experiences for young people, as well as solo apartment living to help prepare them for independent living.
LEARN MOREYoung people often face limited options to obtain the essential services and supprt needed to develop life skills and achieve independence. These individuals frequently encounter barriers in accessing resources that can help them transition smoothly into adulthood. This is where our semi-independent accomodations come into play, providing a supportive environment that brideges the gap in service provision.
Our homes are designed to foster an independent living environment while maintaining a warm, homely atmosphere. They are well-suited to provide both privacy and social opportunities, ensuring young people feel truly at home.
They equip young people with essential life skills, helping them transition successfully into adulthood and independence.

At B & F CARE, we deligently seek out the best educational, employment, or training opportunities that are customised to meet the specific needs of your young individual, all while following your guidance. We encourage and support them in accessing the EET.
Assessing and Nurturing Independence
Our regular assessments assess the young person’s independence levels and identify areas needing support. Our Key-working sessions are designed to improve their skills in these areas until they attain a secure level of independence.
Fostering Practical Life Skills for Positive Outcomes
We assist placing authorities in achieving positive outcomes for young people by facilitating the acquisition of practical life skills, as outlined in the outcome groups specified within the Every Child Matters framework.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
